Tour Plan

On day one you will be picked up at your hotel in Arusha at 7:00 a.m. and transported to Tarangire National Park to begin your game-viewing viewing experience in this magnificent park, which is renowned for its impressive population of large mammals, a variety of bird species, and a large collection of baobab trees, not to mention one of the country's highest concentrations of elephants. You will be driven to your lodge/camp, where you will enjoy your overnight accommodation
You will leave the lodge/camp at around 06:00hrs and head to the Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is plenty of animals and birds to see at very close range. With a little luck we can spot at the African Big Five namely; elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards and the rare black rhinos.  The birds seen here include eagle, vulture, and flamingos in the Crater Lake, stork, bats, giant vulture, sacred ibis, kori bustard, blacksmith plover, long necked heron and the cattle eagle. Post the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, you will begin a steep ascend to the top exit of the crater. With a 2hr drive left to your accommodation in Karatu, the day will come to a close. Freshly made delicious dinner is kept ready for you at your chosen accommodation. All these days of the safari, will have you quite tired and a good rest is essential. The next day you will begin the last leg of your safari.
On the final day of your safari, you'll venture to the enchanting Lake Eyasi, a hidden gem nestled in the Great Rift Valley. This remote and lesser-explored destination offers a unique cultural experience as you engage with the local Hadzabe and Datoga communities, known for their ancient and fascinating way of life. You'll have the chance to participate in hunting and gathering activities with the Hadzabe, gaining insight into their traditional practices and customs. Additionally, you can interact with the Datoga people, skilled in metalwork and renowned for their vibrant beadwork. As the day unfolds against the backdrop of Lake Eyasi serene waters and picturesque landscapes, you'll be left with indelible memories of both cultural immersion and the breathtaking natural beauty that makes this destination truly exceptional.
